Not included
Larger projects such as migrations or a new intranet. We quote those as fixed-price packages, and Care Plan clients get first call on our time.

What counts as a request?
Anything SharePoint or Microsoft 365 related: access changes, new libraries or lists, form tweaks, “how do I” questions, fixing something that broke.
What if we need more hours one month?
We’ll tell you before going over, and extra hours are charged at your plan’s rate.
Can we change plans?
Yes. Move up or down from the next month.
