Do we need this if we haven’t bought Copilot?
Oversharing is a risk with or without Copilot. Copilot just makes it easier to stumble on. The assessment is worth doing either way.
Will people lose access to files they need?
No. We agree every change with you first, and we check with site owners before removing access.
Can we do the assessment now and the cleanup later?
Yes. The assessment fee is credited if you book the cleanup within 30 days.
