Questions business owners ask us
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. We work with businesses in the US, Canada and UK, fully remotely. We keep working hours that overlap with yours for calls and go-live.
How do you get access to our SharePoint?
You create a named admin account for us for the length of the project. We use the lowest level of access the work needs, and you remove it at hand-over. We’re happy to sign an NDA.
What if the work turns out bigger than expected?
The price you agreed doesn’t change. If you ask for something outside the agreed scope, we quote it first and only start once you say yes.
How do we pay?
By invoice. For projects, half is paid to book and half on delivery. Smaller packages are paid upfront. US clients pay in USD, UK clients pay in GBP plus VAT.
What happens after the project?
You get written notes, a recorded walkthrough and 30 days of free fixes. If you’d like ongoing help, the Care Plan covers small changes and questions every month.
We already have an IT provider. Can you still help?
Yes. We often work alongside IT providers, handling the SharePoint side while they look after everything else. IT providers can also partner with us directly.
